I work with clients hand-in-hand from first sketch to final photo. Feasibility and concept design set the direction together, testing what a site or budget can actually support before changes get expensive. Entitlement and construction documents turn that shared direction into something buildable and permittable. And through construction administration, I stay closely involved with both client and contractor, working through questions and design decisions as they come up on site, because that's exactly where many designs can quietly come apart.

My work is residential, in Seattle and surrounding areas: remodels, custom homes, and compact or infill homes, generally in the mid-to-high-end range where the design details actually matter to the outcome. If you're starting with one idea in mind, an ADU, a remodel, whatever it is, feasibility is where we find the best solution for your specific site. Every project is different, but the process is the same: close involvement from first sketch through the last question on site.
